We are an established, multigenerational, and mission-focused church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and aligned with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message in practice. Our attendance draws from surrounding communities such as Highlands, Crosby, Mont Belvieu, Dayton, and Anahuac, and Sunday mornings see between 300-350 people. We host a variety of small groups and Bible studies on Sundays and throughout the week. Our children’s worship on Sundays sees between 40-50 kids, though our weekly children’s programs also include busy Wednesday evening Bible study activities. We also proudly sponsor an in-house, accredited private school known as First Baptist Academy, which offers a Biblical education to students from pre-K through eighth grade.
