High Intensity/Low Impact Format.
Hand Weights (2-5 pounds) and Floor Mats are implemented.
If this is your first visit, you will not need hand weights until the 5th visit. To prevent injuries participants will focus on form by learning to engage muscles being used in this class.
If you are looking for a change in your dance cardio routine, this might be the class for you.
